• Clients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
• Delays may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Payments

• All payments for services and courses must be made as per agreed terms.
• Advance payments may be required for bridal bookings and academy courses.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

Academy Courses

• Course fees are non-transferable.
• Certification is provided only after successful course completion.
• Attendance and discipline are mandatory during training sessions.
